1. What makes The Nude Foot shoes different from regular sneakers?
Our shoes are 100% barefoot: zero drop, wide toe box, and flexible soles. They’re designed to strengthen your feet naturally while looking sleek enough for everyday wear or training. Style meets function — no compromises
Are your shoes suitable for sports like CrossFit or lifting?
Absolutely. They’re engineered for performance. You get grip, stability, and ground feel — ideal for strength training, functional fitness, and hybrid workouts.
Can I wear them every day?
Yes. They’re built for daily wear — walking, working, training, or just existing. They blend minimalist performance with a clean, versatile aesthetic.
I’ve never worn barefoot shoes. Will they hurt my feet?
We include in all the models a transition insole.
If it’s your first time, your feet and calves may need a short adaptation period. Start slow — alternate between your current shoes and The Nude Foot for a few days. Your body will thank you long term.
What size should I choose?
We recommend your usual size in CM. If you’re between sizes or unsure, check our [Size Guide] or contact us directly. Our toe box is naturally wider than regular shoes, giving your toes room to move.
Very important to check the "how to measure your foot" before buying one pair.
Where are the shoes made?
Proudly made in Spain using traditional craftsmanship. We source premium materials and prioritize durability, comfort, and ethical manufacturing.
