The Eighth Station Nobody Trains: Your Feet
Every Hyrox breakdown online talks about the same seven things — aerobic base, threshold work, compromised running, sled technique, wall ball pacing, transition speed. Almost none of them talk about footwear beyond "wear something you've raced in before." That advice misses the actual problem.
A thick, cushioned midsole feels protective standing in a shop. Under a loaded sled push, it's a liability.
